My Journey
Hello, and thank you for visiting my website! I am a life coach dedicated to helping you illuminate your path to transformation. With a deep background in various healing modalities, my mission is to guide you on your journey of self-discovery and personal growth.
From a young age, I’ve had a strong intuition—a “knowing” about what was to come. However, growing up with undiagnosed ADHD, I often felt like I didn’t quite fit in. My life has been a tapestry of challenges, including addiction and abusive relationships. Yet, every experience has been a stepping stone on my 30-year journey toward inner peace and healing.
Along the way, I’ve explored and earned certifications in energy healing, herbalism, breathwork, life coaching, Pilates, and meditation. My studies also include Human Design (I’m a 1/3 Projector!), Vedic Astrology, and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT). I’ve had the privilege of learning from world-renowned shamans, Maori healers, and spiritual teachers, all of whom have profoundly shaped my approach to holistic wellness.
On a personal note, I am a proud mother of two nearly grown children, and my life has been a continual journey of learning and growth. Some fun facts about me: I’m a Cancer, a self-taught Italian speaker, a passionate chef, gardener, hiker, and lover of life’s simple joys.

My Professional Accomplishments
I am an entrepreneur with a history of creating and leading successful businesses. I have also had the pleasure of working with and coaching celebrity clientele.
One of my most notable ventures is Andrea's Craft Service Company, an award-winning catering company in Hollywood. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with icons such as Michael Bay, Madonna, U2, Snoop Dogg, and Mary J. Blige, to name a few.
In addition to my entrepreneurial endeavors, I am also an interior designer. I spent many years in commercial and music production as an Assistant Art Director and Set Decorator, earning a prestigious Clio Advertising Award for TV promos.
As a certified SPX Fitness (Lagree Method) instructor, I owned and operated a thriving Pilates studio in Hollywood, helping clients achieve their fitness goals and personal wellness.
I also have extensive knowledge in the areas of addiction and trauma bonding. Over the years, I’ve supported many individuals in detoxing and exploring alternative medicinal treatments to aid their healing journeys.
